I am extremely happy with this bed. I took a chance on ordering it for our (just turned) 2-year-old over a more 'tried and tested' alternative. I particularly liked the fence-style border, as this is her first bed, and I didn't want her to fall out or slip through potential gaps between the mattress and banister. One month into using this bed, our 2-year-old is over the moon with it, and I can gladly say we are, too! It was easy to assemble, arrived swiftly, and the assembly instructions were excellent. We will add a roll of foam tape edge protector to the bannister top sides just to ensure our little one doesn't inadvertently bang her head on a sharpish 90-degree angle - Having said that we would likely have done that no matter which bed we purchased. The only improvement opportunity I would comment on is the horizontal 'roof' bar closest to the entrance/ exit. It could do with a little more sturdiness as immediately our child got into the bed she stood up, grabbed the horizontal bar and started jumping up and down on the mattress holding it for support, in her excitement haha. It just caught my eye as one to keep an eye on to ensure it is adequately robust. Thus far, grateful we've had no issues though! Otherwise, very happy with this purchase!
