Just received. Well packed and labelled. Easy to build following the diagrams and having double checked everything is there. Always good to put screws in ever so slightly loose and tighten at the end. Took me an hour or so going steadily, and that’s in a small bedroom. Looks great, feels sturdy and is super value. 5 stars for the money paid really. But I drop a star as it could do with an extra support bar at the top / head end to stop mattress movement. And I’d be happy to pay a wee bit more for that. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. The comfort test has yet to come… depends on the mattress too.

Frustrated Mum!!
So far, I have received 2 of these beds, neither of which have contained all of the correct parts - the first had only 1 tiny part missing, which instead of Zinus being able to send me, I was forced to send the entire thing back to be sent a replacement of absolutely everything... in fairness, the return was picked up promptly and the replacement arrived quickly. This time, I checked that all the parts were there before I started to assemble the bed, everything appeared to be there... until I reached the final part, which has been made incorrectly and therefore doesn't fit. So now I'm waiting to see if Zinus will simply send another part. It's a shame the whole experience has been so frustrating, because actually the bed is really easy to build, clear instructions, etcetc. But at the moment, I can't finish it!

So I loved the bed when I got it very easy to put together etc but I’ve only had it about 3 weeks now and the whole connection that attaches the head frame to the base has snapped out it does slide back it but keeps popping out it is a cheap enough bed frame and u do get what u pay for it would make a great little guest bed rather than an every day bed

I just want to say that for the money this item is 100 percent more than worth what I paid. It's sturdy and beautiful to look at. The assembly was easy enough although you do need patience as every bar needed putting together. Overall I'm very impressed.

This bed frame is overall good to sleep after three weeks' use. However, it took a long time to assemble and still some screws aren't perfectly fit to the frame. Not wobbly which is a big advantage for a metal frame.

Ordered a new item and definitely received a returned item. One of the poles was missing screw holes (you can see a faint outline where they should be) and there were tons of scratches and scuffs. The price was crazy cheap though and I was able to make the holes myself so. Win some lose some
