Purchased for our teenager who loves it. Neutral white colour fits nicely in the bedroom and the real wood capping at the head and foot gives it just that bit of definition so that it isn't bland. Comes flat packed in a surprisingly small, but relatively heavy, box - I'd recommend two people to move it around. Pretty solid construction, with the support slats screwing into place to prevent movement and additional support legs in the middle for extra strength. Fixings at the joints are pretty robust (dowels and long screws), although are likely to need occasional tightening if previous experience of this kind of furniture is anything to go by. The assembly instructions are decent and while it is possible to put it together incorrectly, we were able to put it together correctly first time. The supplied spanner and allen key will do the job, but I found them a little uncomfortable to use. Overall a great bed for the money.

I had a long process of searching for beds for my room, and this was the one I chose, and I honestly have no regrets. I’ve had it for a year now and it’s still holding up great, some pieces of wood have chipped off in places, but that may just be due to a fault of my own. The process of building it was a bit complicated at first, but I managed to do it all on my own with no assistance. The slats that support the mattress are a bit rough so can hurt whilst handling, and are screwed solid into the bed, so they can’t be removed when cleaning under the bed, for example. Some screws were missing but they weren’t essential and didn’t effect the sturdiness so I didn’t mind. There’s no obvious creaking when the bed moves which is good. A very good option for the price, I would totally recommend !

This arrived yesterday and was a nightmare to assemble. Unless you’re used to flat packs (which I am), you’ll spend at least three or four hours just building the thing and will need two people to do it. On assembling the bed, most of the dowels for the headboard and footboard were too small and made it a horror to put together and some holes for the screws were drilled completely out of alignment. Despite my misgivings, I assembled it with the help of my partner in about two hours and looked forward to a good nights sleep as it looked sturdy enough once it was put together. Today I noticed a drip in the mattress as I was making the bed and looked under it only to find two of the slats had already split. I understand this is a cheap bed but even for a cheap bed, it should last more than one night! All those 5 star reviews are either extremely lucky or have been written by people in the seller’s employ. I implore you, do NOT buy this bed! If I could give it zero stars I would. I have arranged for a return and refund as there’s no way I’m tolerating a bed that lasts a single night and will tell anyone who cares to read this as well as anyone else I come into contact with that they should find another bed and another seller.

Lovely bed and easy to assemble but the condition it arrived in is awful. Looks cheaply made. There are chips in the paintwork, some slats in the headboard don’t line up. The slats for the mattress look awful and have lots of big and small splinters. Otherwise it’s a nice sturdy bed

So when I had ordered this bed, I went to reviews..... I know, I should have looked first.... most said it was a long assemble process and that was true. I am 8 stone and not any kind of DIY expert and the instruction show the bits and letters for the bolts and bits, numbers for the pieces. And there are lots of each!!!! By making sure I took my time, I ensured everything was the right way around and that I was using the right bits. The dowels fir easy into some parts but need help into others, gentle taps with my little hammer. The bed ends with the white slats are best assembled flat, push on one long bit on to the dowel slats, then gently half pull each slat away from it's dowel, whilst gently pushing over and covering half the other long bit's dowels individually, it's the only way of putting them together with a final squeeze. It took me 3 hours, on my own to do the bed with no mistakes and all bits used. It is sturdy and does not make any noises. I am very happy with it and myself..... I feel proud that I could do it, though half hour was spent searching for cross and normal screwdrivers, else i could not have done. Screwing down the slats was the hardest bit, but anyone handy andf used to screwdrivers probably would find that easy. There was no marks or chips and the bed is very nice..

Il letto è bello però è rifinito solo nella parte visibile, la struttura è ottimale e soprattutto stabile . Arriva ben imballato ma ci vuole tanto per il montaggio visti i numerosissimi pezzi. Diciamo nel complesso lo ricomprerei visto il prezzo peccato perché è arrivato con una piccola sbeccatura proprio nella spalliera. Meriterebbe più stelle se non fosse arrivato rovinato.
